Knife Watcher is a product-watching service that links to third-party retailers. We are not a seller or marketplace and do not host transactions. Messages are delivered through our SMS provider, Twilio.
By opting in, you subscribe to recurring automated alerts that you personally configured in your Knife Watcher account — notifications that a new product has arrived, a price has dropped, or a watched item is back in stock at a third-party retailer — plus one-time passcodes used to verify your phone number before any alert messaging is enabled. These are alerts you requested, not promotional or marketing messages.

Message frequency varies by your alert settings; typically up to 30 msgs/month. You may receive multiple alerts on active days, or none on quiet days. You control the volume by choosing what you watch and adjusting or removing alerts at any time.
Message and data rates may apply. Knife Watcher does not charge for the alerts themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge for text messages according to your plan. Check with your carrier about your messaging and data plan.
Enrollment is opt-in only and requires your prior express consent. You opt in inside your Knife Watcher account (Account → Notification Settings) by:
entering your mobile phone number, and
affirmatively checking an un-checked consent checkbox that reads:

and confirming ownership of the number by entering a one-time passcode we text you.
The checkbox is never pre-checked, and consent to texts is not required to use Knife Watcher or to make any purchase. No messages are sent without the checkbox and the completed passcode verification. We capture and timestamp your consent and retain the opt-in record in an append-only ledger.
We honor opt-out requests promptly, and in all cases within 10 business days of receipt.
The Program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless, and many regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s transmission and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers are subject to change without notice.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in/consent, or message content with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for the Program — including your phone number and consent — is used only to operate this Program, and is not sold or shared with anyone except the service providers strictly necessary to send the messages on our behalf (our SMS provider, Twilio), who are bound to use it only for that purpose.
